1. Free Team Workshops (In-Person)
Our team workshops are hands-on, interactive, and conducted in person by our founder, Morten Gottliebsen, an experienced leadership coach. These workshops are designed to empower your team with practical skills and strategies, covering topics such as:

- Virtual coaching via video call is offered for those outside our immediate reach.
Our one-on-one coaching comes with a service exchange: In return for coaching, we ask for your organization’s help in supporting the Mathare community with your expertise. For example, if your organization provides skills training or mental health services, we’ll collaborate to extend these benefits to our local area.
